Jude Law describes the play having everything from drama to violence. It would be interesting to see the development of Hamlet, because most of these changes are from Hamlet himself. As a funny side note, at 1:52 where was this in the book!
Wow, I find it amazing; the way Jude Law and the cast play the part. There is so much new intensity and excitement in it that it kind of creates a new profile of the era and the story, it seems to have new vibrant colors. This is great, I'll like to see it.
Great actor. The story line goes through perfectly. Its exactly how I visualize it. It really does take you back into the past. The themes, drama, excitement are all drawn correctly and expressed as best as they could. I am interested in actually going now.
Just by listening to the phrase "Jude Law on Hamlet" came in to my mind a whole set of boring rules together in a book. Watching this piece of a film was interesting for me, because it gave me a better idea of the story. Just by seeing little clips of it, together with the comments of the director and the main actor, it attract me to see it and find out the end of it. From what I can see up to now, it will be fun to see it completely because it is compose by most of the important elements that a good film need such as: drama, humor, tragedy, and so on.
I think Jude Law is perfect for this role. He states that when playing role one has to immerse themselves into being that character and letting the character become a part of you. What i liked the most is that he tries to pull in his own personality in it. He has a motivation to put a modern input to what he can bring into his character. The play is intense and Jude Law’s passion and makes the plot more interesting. When he talks about what is different about being on TV then the stage it was interesting that the audience is something that makes it different.
I think it is very interesting and precise. It takes you in the past. Judge law was really suitable for this role. All the acts in the story are exciting and goes smoothly throughout the play. really enjoyed it!
Wow, wow, wow. I liked the way Jude Law played as Hamlet. Meeting with the ghost is made and played more realistic that Mel Gibson, the movie "Hamlet." Dark environment, light in the background, and mixing smoke makes the scene very interesting. Law plays the role better than Mel Gibson. He is very funny when he needs to be funny. And he is very serious during the tragedy. I think players have done a better job than the movie makers!
Jude Law embodies the "drama, tragedy and physicality" he describes about playing Hamlet. He leaves you wanting more.My favorite part was when he says, "You dont play Hamlet, Hamlet plays you" because he starts to question his own life and experiences while searching for a deeper meanining in life.
